Excellent DHC product (as usual)
5I was pleasantly surprised when opening this tube of DHC Acne Spot Therapy. I bought it for my 14 yo daughter. It goes on smoothly, has a subtle scent and works well. Definitely worth the price, as per usual for all DHC products. I will certainly be buying more when needed.

for son's teenage acne
4I bought this for my 16 year old son's acne. It helps reduce the redness and inflammation without overly drying his skin out. It is working so far and he has been on it for ~2 months.

DHC to the rescue
5I have used this DHC acne spot treatment for years, suffering with oily skin with acne from teen years thru adulthood, and it is a go-to daily, even when I travel. No other product treats my acne and I have tried many. Works fast too. This is the best on the market for me.

Effective enough
3I wouldn't say that this is a miracle spot treatment, but as someone who struggles greatly with the high concentrations of harsh ingredients like salicylic acid or tea tree oil that most other products within this category contain, I am pleased with it. It does diminish and dry out acne over time, but I don't expect it to do too much in the way of keeping particularly aggressive or inflamed breakouts at bay. I have noticed perhaps a bit of irritation with extended use on any one spot, but that could also be the result of another product, so I can't assign blame to this one. I don't find the scent to be offputting and there is enough to last you quite a while. Overall, it's still probably the best spot treatment I've come across for my very sensitive skin simply because it does less harm than good.

Pretty good
5It's a nice product so far, the only downside is that since it had sulfur it kinda smells. But other than that it's great.

Great spot treatment
5The sulfer in this product really dried up any unwanted blemishes. Since it is very drying it's best not used on large areas, just on spots

Best spot treatment ever
5This stuff really works! I apply it to blemishes after my nightly routine, usually right before bed. It does not cause dry patches or irritation. It shrinks the blemish overnight (sometimes it takes two nights) without peeling or redness. I love this product!

Strong smell, not that effective
5This is my least favorite DHC product. The active ingredient is sulfur, but it has a very strong scent that made my eyes water. I was expecting more blemish fighting action with that kind of smell, but it wasn't all that effective. I'd spot treat a blemish and it would take a long time for it to heal. It's supposed to be a gentle formula, but for me it irritated my skin. It might work for others though.
